LUDGI Inc. ("we", "us") provides the Feed Again? mobile app and website and respects applicable privacy laws.
This policy explains what information we process, why we use it, how it may be shared, and how you can control it.
1. Information We Process
- Account information: email address, Firebase user ID, login provider identifiers, display name, and profile image if provided.
- Baby and care records: baby's name or nickname, birth date or expected birth status, gender, color, profile photo, feeding, formula, pumping, solids, diapers, sleep, bath, temperature, medication, play, tummy time, notes, and photos entered by users.
- Shared care information: invite email, invite status, roles, permissions, group identifiers, inviter, and group owner information.
- Voice input information: microphone and speech permission status, recognized text, and records saved by the user. We do not separately store raw voice audio files.
- Notification information: device push tokens, notification settings, and minimal delivery information needed to send notifications.
- Subscription status: product IDs, transaction IDs, purchase tokens or hashes, subscription state, expiry, renewal, refund, and cancellation events. Payment method details are handled by Apple or Google.
- Technical and support information: app version, operating system, error or security logs, and support messages.
2. How We Use Information
- Create accounts, authenticate users, and sync data across devices.
- Store, display, edit, delete, summarize, and organize baby care records.
- Share records with invited caregivers according to accepted roles and permissions.
- Turn voice input into structured care records.
- Send reminders configured by the user, such as feeding interval or sleep notifications.
- Verify subscriptions, restore purchases, prevent misuse, and provide support.
- Maintain service reliability, security, legal compliance, and dispute handling.
Optional sharing of usage and error information
This section applies only to app versions that offer the optional ‘Share usage and error information’ setting. It is off by default, and the information below is collected only after you turn it on. Declining or later disabling it does not prevent you from using core features such as care records, synchronization, and shared care.
We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand app steps, screens, record categories, success or failure of actions, durations, and counts, so that we can identify usability problems. We use Firebase Crashlytics to process error types, codes, and stack traces to resolve app errors. These SDKs may also process the app version, device and operating system information, app installation identifiers, approximate location derived from IP addresses, and automatic events such as sessions and in-app purchases.
Our configured analytics events and error reports exclude account UIDs and email addresses, baby names and birth dates, record contents and notes, photos, audio files, and push tokens. We do not set an Analytics user ID or a Crashlytics user identifier, and do not grant consent for advertising storage, advertising user data, or advertising personalization. Because app installation identifiers may be processed, this does not mean that all information is fully anonymous.
Google’s Analytics and Crashlytics services process this information to improve usability and resolve errors. The international processing section of this policy applies. Usage information is managed according to the Analytics property’s retention settings, and error information according to Crashlytics retention policies.
You can turn sharing off in settings at any time. This stops future collection, resets Analytics data on the device, and deletes unsent error reports. Information already transmitted is not immediately deleted and remains subject to the applicable retention policies. For privacy requests, including access or deletion, contact milli@molluhub.com.
3. Retention and Deletion
We keep personal information while your account is active or while it is needed to provide the service. When you delete records, photos, baby profiles, or your account, information no longer needed for the service is deleted or made unrecoverable within a reasonable period.
Some transaction or support records may be retained when required by law or needed for refunds, billing, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
4. Sharing and Shared Care
We do not sell personal information and do not share it with third parties for advertising.
When you invite a caregiver or accept an invitation, records for the same baby may be visible to and editable by members within the accepted permission scope. Only invite caregivers you trust.
5. Service Providers
- Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, and Firebase Storage for login, data sync, notifications, photos, and backend functions.
- Apple App Store and Google Play for in-app subscriptions, purchase verification, refunds, and subscription management.
- Device or operating system speech recognition services when you allow voice input.
- Vercel for website hosting and security operations.
6. International Processing
Global providers such as Firebase, Apple, Google, and Vercel may process information outside your country. We configure access and processing to what is necessary for the service.
7. Your Choices and Rights
You can view, edit, and delete the baby information and records you enter in the app. For account deletion, data deletion, access restriction, processing objections, or questions, contact us at milli@molluhub.com.
8. Children's Information
Feed Again? is designed for parents and caregivers, not for children to use directly. Information about a child should be entered only by a lawful parent, guardian, or caregiver.
9. App Permissions
- Microphone and speech recognition are used for voice logging.
- Camera and photo library are used when adding baby profile photos or record photos.
- Notifications are used for feeding, sleep, and other reminders you enable.
10. Security
We use reasonable safeguards such as Firebase security rules, authentication-based access control, least-privilege permissions, encrypted transport, and operational log review. You are responsible for keeping your account and device secure.
